VICI publishes its own promo terms, and they are unusually specific — a long exclusion list, order-level discounts that will not combine, and returns that pay out as store credit rather than to your card.

Spend & Earn is the offer most worth understanding, because the reward is not instant. You qualify during a short earning window, then a one-time code is emailed to you for use in a separate, later redemption window. VICI publishes both dates. The 25–27 July earning window redeems 7–11 August. The 8–10 August window redeems 21–24 August. You must be subscribed to marketing emails to receive the code, and unused value is forfeited after one use.
The standing sale section runs to heavy markdowns, and during sale-on-sale events items may be reclassified as Final Sale. Promo codes do not apply to Sale or Final Sale stock unless VICI says otherwise for a specific promotion.
Subscribing gets a $15 credit. VICI's own terms say free $15 promotions typically carry a $50 minimum spend, calculated after any percentage discount is applied — so it is a credit against a qualifying order, not $15 off anything. Note the brand's copy is inconsistent here: its homepage meta text advertises 25% off a first order while the on-site pop-up offers the $15 credit. Check which one you are actually shown.
VICI's cart shows two thresholds: free standard US shipping from $75 and free express from $150. Both minimums are calculated after discounts, so a big percentage code can push you back below the line you thought you had cleared.
Some VICI promotions are restricted to Social Club members and gated by membership tier, so an offer you have seen referenced may simply not be available on your account. Joining is free.

Most often because something in your cart is on VICI's exclusion list, which is longer than most brands'. Capsule Collections, Select Edit and Partner Collections, Collaboration Collections, Project Social T, Dolce Vita Footwear, Junkfood, Oneone Swimwear and Billini Footwear are all excluded, and Sale or Final Sale items are excluded unless a promotion specifically says otherwise.
VICI also reserves the right to exclude further products or collections at any time, and some promotions run only in its app. If a code fails on a mixed cart, try it on the eligible items alone to see which product is blocking it.
Partly, and the brand's own wording is genuinely ambiguous on this. Its promotions page says codes can be combined and that checkout will calculate the best offer if several are applied — but also that some promotions are not combinable.
The firm rule is about Order Level Discounts. Dollars Off promotions and percent-off-a-single-item promotions both count as order-level, and two order-level discounts will not combine with each other. Percent-off-any-item offers are additionally one-time use. So stacking a $15 credit on top of a sitewide percentage is the case most likely to fail.
It is a two-stage offer, not a discount at checkout. You spend the qualifying amount during a published earning window, and VICI then emails you a one-time code valid only inside a later redemption window — typically a couple of weeks afterwards.
Two things catch people out. You have to be subscribed to marketing emails to receive the code at all, and any unused value is forfeited once the code is applied, so a small redemption order wastes the balance. Both windows are published on VICI's promotions page and are worth checking before you time a purchase.
VICI's stated returns route is free drop-off through Happy Returns at around 10,000 US locations, with no shipping or restocking fee on unwashed, unworn, unused items in as-issued condition — and it issues instant store credit.
That is the detail worth knowing before a code changes your decision. A discount that pushes you into buying two sizes is less attractive when the one you send back comes back as credit rather than money. If a card refund matters to you, confirm the options with customer care before ordering.
Separately, returning an item bought with a promotional code voids that code, and the refund reflects only what you actually paid after the discount.
VICI does not advertise a standing student discount in its published promotions terms, and we are not going to list one on the strength of third-party claims. The reliable routes are the sign-up credit, the Social Club tiers, and timing a Spend & Earn window.
