Are there any working Francesca's promo codes?
No, and there cannot be. Francesca's stopped taking online orders on 12 February 2026 and closed its last stores on 29 March 2026. There is no checkout left for a code to apply to.

I still have a Francesca's gift card. Can I use it?
Not as a gift card. Francesca's stopped accepting gift cards and merchandise credits on 27 February 2026.
The company directed cardholders to file a claim for the balance through the bankruptcy claims agent at cases.stretto.com/francescasacquisition. Filing a claim is not the same as getting paid — in a liquidation, unsecured customer claims sit behind secured lenders, and around $3.5 million in gift card value was outstanding when the case was filed. Treat any recovery as uncertain and check the docket for the claims bar date.
What about Fran Club points?
Fran Club rewards ended with the business. Roughly 2.8 million accrued points, worth about $277,000, were outstanding at the filing date. There is no successor programme to transfer them into.
Why did Francesca's close?
The court filings point to several compounding causes rather than one: a January 2023 data breach that disrupted operations, a difficult e-commerce platform migration, losses on the non-core Franki and Richer Poorer brands, and rising marketing costs.
The immediate trigger was financial. A committed investor withdrew funding at the end of December 2025, two major suppliers lost their own lender financing and stopped delivering product, and the lenders issued a notice of default in January 2026. Underneath all of it, only about 13% of 2025 sales came from e-commerce — a heavy store dependence at the point when spending had moved online.
Will Francesca's come back online like Forever 21 did?
Unlike the 2020 case, which ended in a going-concern sale, this was a full liquidation with no buyer lined up and no debtor-in-possession financing. Brand names do get bought out of liquidation and relaunched as online-only operations — that is exactly what happened to Forever 21 — so a future licensed revival is not impossible.
